Our story

Tres Amigos was founded in 2024 as a chef inspired concept, to carry on Chef Paul Willis’ legacy, who has left this earth to be a personal chef for our lord, Jesus Christ, may he rest in peace.  Chef Paul was an entrepreneur, ahead of his time, and created many concepts in the DFW area.  His recipes are loved across the southern United States as his legacy keeps growing.  His concepts included, but not limited to:   Pedro’s Trailer Park, Buffalo Gap Steakhouse, Buffalo Cantina Mexican Kitchen, Buffalo West, Ruby Tuesdays, Black Eye Pea & gas monkey bar and grill.  Our Founding member worked as an apprentice for chef Paul for 15 years and learned the method to his madness and soon started to come up with her own ideas and creations.  Using fresh food, made from scratch recipes, and adding an exciting atmosphere, Tres amigos is designed to carry on chef Paul’s memory with an added twist by creating fun new recipies to honor the legacy of chef Paul Willis

Tres amigos represents our family of 3.  we are best friends and wish to carry on this family atmosphere by offering great food with great friends with some great tequilia!  we have been in the restaurant industry working at different capacities almost our entire lifes, so we are very familiar with what works and what does not.  our concept provides you with fresh ingredients, innovative menu items, made from scratch daily, with an exciting atmosphere, which we believe is the perfect recipie for success.  We look forward to serving you and to join in this excitement that we have created.  Bring your family, bring your friends, and bring your appetite!
