Our story
Tres Amigos was founded in 2024 as a chef-inspired concept built to honor the incredible legacy of Chef Paul Willis, who has left this world to become a personal chef to our Lord, Jesus Christ. May he rest in peace. Chef Paul was a visionary and an entrepreneur far ahead of his time, pioneering many beloved concepts throughout the DFW area. His recipes continue to be cherished across the southern United States, and his influence only grows stronger with time. Some of the iconic concepts he created include, but are not limited to: Pedro’s Trailer Park, Buffalo Gap Steakhouse, Buffalo Cantina Mexican Kitchen, Buffalo West, Ruby Tuesday, Black Eyed Pea, and Gas Monkey Bar & Grill.
Our founding member, who had the honor of apprenticing under Chef Paul for 15 years, learned the method behind his genius and soon began creating her own culinary masterpieces. Using fresh, high-quality ingredients, made-from-scratch recipes, and a lively atmosphere, Tres Amigos is designed to keep Chef Paul’s memory alive while adding our own creative twist. We’re here to celebrate his legacy and bring new, fun, and exciting recipes to life.

Having spent nearly our entire lives in the restaurant industry, we know what works and what doesn’t, and we’ve crafted a concept that celebrates fresh, innovative flavors and an electric atmosphere. Our menu features made-from-scratch dishes made daily, crafted with care and creativity, and served in a space where you can relax, enjoy, and make memories.
