Tres Amigos Tacos and Tequila
Tres Amigos was founded in 2024 as a chef inspired concept, to carry on Chef Paul Willis’ legacy, who has left this earth to be a personal chef for our lord, Jesus Christ, may he rest in peace. Chef Paul was an entrepreneur, ahead of his time, and created many concepts in the DFW area. His recipes are loved across the southern United States as his legacy keeps growing. His concepts included, but not limited to: Pedro’s Trailer Park, Buffalo Gap Steakhouse, Buffalo Cantina Mexican Kitchen, Buffalo West, Ruby Tuesdays, Black Eye Pea & gas monkey bar and grill.
