Tres Amigos Tacos and Tequila was founded in 2024 by Chef Sandy Rankin, a passionate and visionary chef dedicated to creating an innovative dining experience. Building on the foundation laid by the late Chef Paul Willis, who has left this earth to serve as a personal chef for a Higher Power, Chef Sandy honors his legacy while bringing her own unique flavor and creativity to the restaurant experience.

Chef Sandy brings a fresh perspective and culinary expertise to Tres Amigos, continuing the spirit of female led entrepreneurship and the culinary excellence that Chef Paul was known for. She is committed to delivering exceptional food and cultivating new gastro experiences, inspired by the legacy of his iconic concepts like Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, Pedro’s Trailer Park, and Gas Monkey Bar and Grill, among many others.
